I work with teens (14+), young adults, and adults, couples and families. I do not currently work with children under 14.

Yes. I welcome and affirm multicultural couples, LGBTQ+ clients, and diverse family structures. My practice is built on cultural humility, inclusivity, and respect.

The first session is an intake where we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your history, and your goals. It’s a collaborative process to make sure we’re the right fit.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee (50% of session rate) will apply. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the full session fee may apply. In some cases, if I have availability within the same week, I may be able to reschedule without charging a fee — but this cannot be guaranteed.
