Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services under the No Surprises Act. Actual costs may vary depending on the frequency and duration of care.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the session rate. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
